You will be directed to make online payment for mutual convenience. You would have received our customized quote for any services / products from our team. For issues relating to the services or the product, you can approach our representatives from whom you have received the proposal. They will take special interest in addressing your concerns.

The delivery of the services or the products would have detailed in the proposal and the company abides to its conditions.
You will be routed to the Payment Gateway from company’s event page. In event page, the delegate will get to know all the details of the event and then while registering, the page will be diverted to payment page.
Macula Healthcare also collects registration fee for the Healthcare Events organized by the company. On successful registration, candidate receives acknowledgement and a personalized mail from our team. The candidate is expected to bring valid ID card on the day of event to establish their identity.
No provisions to initiate refund or cancellation on the site as all the services / products are offered offline. The online payment process is made only for the mutual convenience and hence for any refund or cancellation, one has to contact the respective person who has sent the proposal.
The same applies to the events, wherein you have to coordinate with the event coordinator and escalate this manually.
For any online payment, the Third Party service fee and the transactional fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be returned.
