    Location: Bangalore

    Experience: 5–7 years in healthcare operations or hospital management
    Salary: ₹8.4 Lakhs CTC per month
    Reporting To: Management/Board of Directors
    Centers Managed: Manjunatha Nethralaya (2 locations)


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Operational Oversight:
      1. Ensure smooth functioning of clinical, non-clinical, and support services across both center
      2. Supervise heads of departments including OPD, IPD, Diagnostics, OT, and Admin
      3. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and healthcare compliance norms
    2. Team Leadership:
      1. Build, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams
      2. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and patient-centric service
      3. Conduct regular staff reviews and training coordination
    3. Financial & Strategic Management:
      1. Monitor monthly budgets, expenses, and cost-efficiency across both centers
      2. Contribute to strategic planning, expansion, and service optimization
      3. Collaborate with the finance team for billing efficiency and profitability analysis
    4. Patient Experience & Quality:
      1. Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and grievance resolution
      2. Oversee implementation of quality indicators and feedback mechanisms
      3. Drive NABH or internal quality initiatives where applicable
    5. Stakeholder Communication:
      1. Serve as a bridge between the center teams and top management
      2. Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs for performance tracking
      3. Represent the hospital in external stakeholder meetings when required

    Qualifications & Skills Required:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field

    • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hospital or multi-unit healthcare operations

    • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    • Experience in managing a team of 50+ employees across departments

    • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, healthcare protocols, and patient satisfaction metrics

    • Ability to use data for decision-making (MIS, KPIs, dashboards)
