- Operational Oversight:
- Ensure smooth functioning of clinical, non-clinical, and support services across both center
- Supervise heads of departments including OPD, IPD, Diagnostics, OT, and Admin
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and healthcare compliance norms
- Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and patient-centric service
- Conduct regular staff reviews and training coordination
- Financial & Strategic Management:
- Monitor monthly budgets, expenses, and cost-efficiency across both centers
- Contribute to strategic planning, expansion, and service optimization
- Collaborate with the finance team for billing efficiency and profitability analysis
- Patient Experience & Quality:
- Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and grievance resolution
- Oversee implementation of quality indicators and feedback mechanisms
- Drive NABH or internal quality initiatives where applicable
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a bridge between the center teams and top management
- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs for performance tracking
- Represent the hospital in external stakeholder meetings when required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hospital or multi-unit healthcare operations
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience in managing a team of 50+ employees across departments
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, healthcare protocols, and patient satisfaction metrics
Ability to use data for decision-making (MIS, KPIs, dashboards)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5–7 years in healthcare operations or hospital management
Salary: ₹8.4 Lakhs CTC per month
Reporting To: Management/Board of Directors
Centers Managed: Manjunatha Nethralaya (2 locations)
